Applying for Halls Accommodation

Are you interested in applying for accommodation in Halls of Residence? You can preview your accommodation band options, register for an account and submit an application and track the progress of your application below.

To create an account, you’ll need your Royal Holloway student ID number (10*******), you can find this on your offer letter/email.

If you have an ID in the format 2******, please contact our Admissions team for a Royal Holloway student ID number.

Problems with registration or submitting your application for accommodation?

If you've never used the Online Accommodation System before, you'll need to register for an account before you can submit an application. If you have registered with the Online Accommodation System before you will need to login using the same username you've used previously.
